What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary. The most cost-effective option is purchasing through a dealer who receives bulk shipments.

If you do not have a dealer nearby and wish to have a trailer individually delivered, please use our Trailer Configurator Tool to build your trailer. After you have selected the accessories and options you need, submit your build, and check the option to get an individual shipping quote.

Trailer Specifications & Features

How many kayaks can I fit on the trailer?

  • Single: 1 kayak + additional gear
  • Double: 2 kayaks side-by-side, 400 lbs capacity on the upright

Our Single trailer has a frame width of 50 inches and is appropriate for carrying one kayak and lots of our accessories. A second kayak up to 200 lbs. can fit on the top of the upright of our single, but we feel that the upright is better utilized for Rod Pods and other gear storage solutions.  The Double and Quad Plus trailers feature a 60 inch wide frame and can carry kayaks two wide. Again, a kayak can fit on the top of the upright with the right accessories. The weight capacity of the upright on the double is 400 lbs. The upright on the Quad Plus has a significantly greater weight capacity, allowing for up to 1200 lbs. capacity.

Will I need to assemble it?

Dealers assemble trailers before delivery. Individual orders require basic hand tools for assembly.

Our trailers ship without the wheels, bunks, uprights and accessories bolted on. Our dealers will assemble them for you. If you order one individually, you will be able assemble your trailer with basic hand tools and plugging in simple male/female electrical connections.

Does it have independent suspension?

Do you take your rig off road for off the grid kayak fishing adventures? One option that helps with this application is Timbren independent suspension. This will replace the standard axle and leaf spring suspension, resulting in greater clearance and a smoother ride for your kayak and gear when you leave the pavement behind.

What tires does it come with?

Radial tires rated for up to 85 mph, available with 13-inch aluminum or steel rims.

What type of bearings does it use?

Easy-lube spindles allow for quick maintenance. We recommend greasing every 20,000 miles.

Durability & Corrosion Resistance

How do you prevent rust and corrosion?

Trailers are fully sandblasted, zinc-primed, and coated with UV-resistant, marine-grade paint. Wax-coated interiors provide additional protection.

Do you offer an aluminum trailer?

We are currently designing an aluminum trailer—stay tuned.

Storage & Customization

What options help with limited storage space?

A collapsible tongue reduces the trailer footprint for garage storage.

  • Rock ‘N Roller Kit
  • Cargo Buckles

Can I mount a roof-top tent?
